Our Experience
SaLT consultants have over 18 years of experience in adult learning, safety and training and have worked in the mining and refinery industry in training and safety roles.
Including:
- Designing and delivering a frontline management program for a mining company
- Managing indigenous trainees and apprentices in the mining industry
- Developing prevocational programs for local communities in the areas of process and opencut mining.
- Managing training and safety for a large copper miner in Mt Isa where the major focus was on risk management and training competencies mapped to the National Training Framework.
